Facebook & Instagram ads
Campaign structure, audiences, creative testing, daily control. Reporting in numbers: what was spent, how many leads and at what cost, what was paused and why.
Hi, I’m Oleksandr
I run Facebook and Instagram ads and build services that take the routine out of them: morning reports across ad accounts, monitoring for hundreds of accounts, creatives in batches, Reels editing. Seven products — all grown out of real client work.
Where it started
Spend is in Ads Manager. The client report is in a Google Sheet you have to fill in by hand again. The client is already asking on Telegram: “Any leads yet?”. And a token died overnight — you find out when the account has already stopped.
Each tool works fine on its own. Between them is manual work: copy, combine, check, remind. With two clients it’s bearable. With twenty there’s no time left for actual analysis.
So I started building tools for my own tasks. The ones that stuck became products.
What I do
Campaign structure, audiences, creative testing, daily control. Reporting in numbers: what was spent, how many leads and at what cost, what was paused and why.
Ad account monitoring, auto-filled sheets, Telegram alerts and reports, internal admin panels. Built for a specific task and deployed on your server.
Batches of photo and video creatives from the client’s real materials, Reels editing, content plans. Built on my own tools — so it’s fast and free of generic stock.
Products
Each one removes a specific routine I ran into while working with ad accounts, creatives and content.
The report on every ad account is ready before you wake up
Every night it pulls data from Meta ad accounts, fills in client Google Sheets, finds what dropped, and at 9:00 sends a Telegram report: what happened yesterday and what to do today.
Hundreds of ad accounts on one screen: what broke overnight
Pulls spend from Facebook, Google Ads and TikTok ad accounts every 2 hours, checks tokens hourly and sorts accounts into 8 statuses. A profile drops — Telegram knows right away.
A batch of test creatives — from the client’s real photos
Builds 1080×1920 photo and video creatives on 88 layouts from the client’s real footage and checks them before rendering. Then it matches the Meta Ads report to each creative by code.
Raw footage in — an edited Reel with captions out
A local Mac editor that transcribes footage, trims pauses and adds word-highlighted captions. An AI agent in chat picks takes, the hook and B-roll; fix anything by chat or by hand.
Ideas, scripts and the release plan on one connected canvas
A personal creator workspace: versioned materials on a connected canvas, a release plan with checklists, and ReelsMaker, Creo and Dayveo plugged in via MCP. AI suggests voice rules, and only the ones you approve apply.
An accounts, BM and proxy store that delivers right after payment
Suppliers upload TXT and ZIP files, buyers pay from their balance and get the file instantly. Per-unit replacements and refunds, hidden suppliers.
One space for everything you need to get done today
Tasks, habits, notes, clients, projects and money in one app. AI turns voice notes and conversations into a ready action plan.
Approach
If something has to be done by hand every week, it can be described as rules. Every tool starts there.
First I fix one pain: collect spend, check a token, fill a row in a sheet. No interface for the sake of an interface.
The tool runs on my projects until it stops needing supervision. I catch the bugs — not the client.
Roles, token encryption, backups, documentation. Then it’s ready to hand over to a team or an agency.
